Tarland hill race (pittendriech) - 1st lady, 11th overall. Legs felt pretty horrendous the whole of the race. R calf was painful but it’s been niggling for the last week and really should of taken time to stretch it out so kind of saw this coming. Walked the open section which i’ve never had to do before lol. Weak. Kirsty caught me up so put the burners on and dropped her by the cairn. Was nervous about my calf for the descent but it was fine. Not going to do anything tomorrow and probably just get some biking in the next day. Need some r&r after some hard weeks.
