Deeside runners - didn’t get the headtorch and trail shoe memo so was slipping and sliding in my roadies. Didn’t have enough clothes on either, bit cold. Thanks to big Jon for the torch. Tarland way Hill reps, from the burn up to the road. 8x roughly 1:20 mins, jog back down for recovery. Inc.WU&WD.
