Stretching/rolling 45:00 [3]

Good bit of stretching/rolling plus some foot and ankle loosening/spikey ball as my ankles felt really cracky and tight after Crathes last night for some reason. Feet are achy too, probably from all the running with dobs on the paths.

Was planning on a very short, light leg loosener before testing tomoz but just ran out of time - prelims start next week!!!
