Deeside intervals + WU&WD. Back on the green for winter :(. Pyramid session. Speed wasn’t that bad but didn’t feel good at all, felt really awkward running. Legs were really tight, probs did to much in the gym yesterday. Pete’s bonus reps at the end were a real grind and a poor effort.
