Everything hurts. Running is a thing that you're supposed to be able to do right?

I just could not do any sort of running today. I was tired and slow. I had a hard time with 5, 6, 7, and 8 - not the best I've ever done for sure.

Oh my god altitude sucks and I want to die. Especially on four hours sleep.

It was a fun course though and I felt solid technically. I had no times where I got lost, I had a good feeling of where i was at the whole time. I may have some questionable route choices in there, but nothing too bad I don't think.

I walked most of it, because I was completely toast. And I went face first into the stream between 9 and 10, and was completely soaked.

And hey, I squeaked in just below twice Ali's time, it's the little victories right?
