Orienteering 1:11:00 [5] 4.2 mi (16:54 / mi)

Green at White Clay Creek. A 2.5 hour drive followed by 1 hour run. Felt great. Made silly errors. Lost 2 pints of blood and still removing thorns a week later.

started in Brookland just a 10K but ended up in Maryland pretty far but found a nice trail along a stream which put me out by west hyattsville metro... managed to find my way back to dc..ended at 9 miles but then went the extra one just to get to 10

rerun of PWF Green from Jan 2017. Time was same but navigation was better and likely in better shape. Harder to find the invisible controls.

too hot. did only 2 miles at 7:30/40 and a few miles jog.

Running (Shaw - Catholic U ) 1:10:00 [3] 7.2 mi (9:43 / mi)

too hot again. GPS died but took about an hour i think. Up around catholic university and back through Howard. tired from Sunday. too hot.
