Road Bike 1:14:00 [2] 18.6 mi (3:59 / mi)

The Notorious KAB and I drove up to Drake and rode to almost the switch backs past Glen Haven and back. About 50min up to turn around, about 1300' of climb up to about 7500'. Was doing about 35mph on many parts of the decent, perfect weather. A shortish ride but fairly intense.

Cyclo-X 1:30:00 [2] 10.0 mi (9:00 / mi)

Took the fire road up from Soderburg parking lot, and climbed ~1600' immediately, took about 45min to get to the top (~7100') and was close to the limit of my abilities at this point. Coming down was no picnic with all the breaking to stay in control. Must do it again after some more riding.

Road Run 40:00 [1]

Not bad for temps in the mid-80s.

Trail Run 23:00 [4]

Running club. 5x4:40 handicapped. Real times were 4:39, 29, 35, 35, 29. Ran from the 19min 5k cone. Probably should have started a bit further back, but would have been the only one back there. Some high school kid thought he could stay with me, but I showed him. Yeah, that's right, I'm awesome because I can beat a high schooler doing barely sub-6 min pace at some local running club workout. Front came through an hour before so temp was a perfect 70.

Note

Didn't think my toe nails were that long, but on the last interval could feel one grinding into its neighbor, usually no big deal, but when I took off my sock at home it was quite the bloody mess.
