running club. the cool weather certainly makes things nice, too bad my fitness is subpar right now. 9min, 2x1.5min, 9min. Was 5:50 pace on 9min, 5min pace on the 1.5 min. felt ok, didn't have the speed I should have.
quick run at the bone. new trail to the south of the parking lot. called the Morrison, and actually does run over the Morrison Formation, for once someone got it right. its nice but only like 2/3rd of a mile long. did the key hole trail etc. the rest of the time.
