Warm-up before Sprint race at Houghton Golf course

Tried to concentrate on getting better flow round the course. Settled well after #3 with good flow until #11. Lost my bearings to #12, which meant I hadn't managed to look ahead to #13. Exit angle from #12 was wrong so was forced into right-hand route to #13. Settled well again after that. Over-ran #18 slightly and then made a huge mistake to #19. I guess I tried to go too straight, then made a parallel error so overran by 200m!
A few things to work on for next week.

Back eased up a bit during the day. Right hip is tight.

Did the good posture routine with additional glute stretches.
