Very happy with this. Pretty clean and relatively fast which seemed to be the key today. Very surprised with the result!

Irish Champs Middle - 4th (2nd Irish, 30s off Niamh O'Boyle)
Went out hard with the knowledge I'd have to attack and have a good run to win. Messed up no.1... (2mins). Got frustrated then because I thought I'd blown it. Saw Aoife going to 8 when I was on my way to 4 which made me realise I could still do well if I keep pushing. Had an almost perfect run after 1 - seconds worth of mistakes and full speed!
Annoying to only finish 30s being Niamh but happy other than that :)
