Still under the weather. Nagging cough will not go away and so busy at work that there is no time while the sun os up to squeeze away even for a 30 minute jog.
hopefully the weekend will be nice and I can get out on the bicycle on Saturday, orienteering on Sunday and then the 3000m time trial on Monday. Not feeling very confident about that. Maybe another 12 minuter is on the cards as opposed to the 10.30 that I am aiming for.
