long o- had a good run but for a cracked rib from saturday - took a long time before the pain tablet kicked in and i could take a full breath. ended up DSQ anyway due to a no punch at a drink point - novice mistake but i still make them.

good run but not up to scratch - a couple small mistakes but generally just running too slowly. sore throat kept me back. great map with lots of route choice. can't wait fo rthe splits to be uploaded.
