Putting out tapes for relocation training at Jorgensen Park. Felt so unfit. Could barely manage to jog at all.

Trying to get Sten, Hadrien and Liam lost. I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep running for the bits I was supposed to be leading but I felt much better than I did putting out tapes. Abandoned the others for the last bit to go and collect a few tapes when I realised it would get dark before I got back to them if I finished the course first. Heel only a little sore while running but very sore after the drive home.
Liam's tennis lesson cancelled again. I couldn't leave him with no tennis on his birthday after he had to get up early for an 8am maths test so I hit with him instead. Enjoyed it more than usual despite my foot hurting a bit. Didn't hurt as much as running.

Shuffled around Perry Lakes behind Rachel while the kids did school cross country training at McGillivray. Going as fast as the pain in my right heel would allow. Generally moving a lot more freely by the end but still felt as though it would hurt the foot too much to go any faster.
