Hobbled around the H2 at Yetar Spring.
No real mistakes but felt very slow up the hills and even on the downhills my sore foot was limiting me a bit. Biggest problems were running into a dead tree between 9 and 10 and tripping on a rock between 12 and 13.

Easy run around Perry lakes while Liam had a tennis lesson. Started with Rachel but she broke down after about 1km. Thought about doing parkrun but decided it would be safer not to. Jogged around keeping an eye on the leading groups. Rob Cattrall was going for a fast one and hit half way right on 10 minutes but faded a bit in the second half for about 20:24. I was a bit tempted to try to jump in and pace him for a bit in the second half but resisted. Foot was pretty good, just a little sore on and off throughout. Much more sore in the evening after cleaning gutters and a bit of shopping.

Easy run with Matt, just down to the South end of UWA and back since we were both struggling a bit. Taped the foot. Not sure if it helped but it didn't get any worse during the run.

Ascend physio gym session with Liam. Just us again.
Exercise physiologist Peter Russell-Smith leading this session and should be doing it from now on. He seemed good and it would be good to get some continuity.
