Rode over to Cottesloe tennis club to watch a little of the finals of the tournament there. Not particularly interesting but I needed something to convince me to go out on the bike.

Easy parkrun at Woodbridge with Rachel and Matt. Calf still tight but didn't find it much of a problem on the flat. Sent Liam off to run a sub 20 with Sophie so I don't have to try to get fit enough to pace him to it now.

Home from work. Had a car door opened about 2m in front of me. Fortunately it was near the top of Mount St so I had plenty of time to stop. Glad it didn't happen going down Mount St but I would never go that close to a car on the way down anyway.
