Easy parkrun at Woodbridge with Rachel and Matt. Calf still tight but didn't find it much of a problem on the flat. Sent Liam off to run a sub 20 with Sophie so I don't have to try to get fit enough to pace him to it now.

Home from work. Had a car door opened about 2m in front of me. Fortunately it was near the top of Mount St so I had plenty of time to stop. Glad it didn't happen going down Mount St but I would never go that close to a car on the way down anyway.

Easy lap of KP with Rachel, Liam and Matt. Had to walk a couple of times on the way up because my left calf was so tight. Felt better to walk a bit and then run a bit faster to catch up. Less of a problem on the way back but still tight.
