Loop around the Northern half of KP with Rachel. Stiff and sore to start with, particularly under left heel and behind outside of right ankle. I was wondering if I should attempt to keep going with Rachel but after crossing into KP I suddenly felt a lot better and the pain gradually eased as well.

Little jog around the ovals with a few drills and strides after getting home from coaching meeting. Just trying to loosen up a bit. Mostly very sore but the strides felt alright.
