Warm up plus one set of doubles with Amy against Rachel and Damien. We ended up losing 4-6 but had chances to break at 4-4 15-40 and the final game on Amy's serve had several deuces. Amy started strongly but tired a bit, which is fair enough considering both of her pennants matches this morning went to third set tie breakers (which she won).

Painful shuffle around KP after work. Felt quite good for a few little sections that I ran a bit faster but had to keep slowing down to around 8min/km to bring the pain back to tolerable levels.
