Easy long run around KP, mostly with Rachel, lost her for a while when she made a toilet stop but found her again about 20 minutes later. Late start meant it was quite warm.

Liam's pennants team is playing mostly on grass this summer and Liam doesn't usually play much on the grass so we had a bit of a hit on the grass to help get used to it. Courts don't really seem ready for play yet, hope they improve a lot before next weekend.

GA's 5/8 surges. Feeling a bit better today but still a little weary. Early on I was thinking it would be about half way between the last couple of weeks so probably around 41:30 but by the time I was coming past the lake I was revising my estimate to 42 so I was quite surprised to see 40:35 at the end. Met up with Nic and Stewie, finishing the Rosalie run, for the last bit around Rosalie Park.
