Walked over to RP and then did a little jog through KP. Generally a little tender through the back part of the foot but no real specific sore spots. Started to feel reasonably good after about 10 minutes.

Pump class, last one with Elena. Looking forward to CC coming back next week. Not really sure why but I find her classes much more satisfying.

Note

Physio referred me to a different physio (Neil Drouet) that he coaches with because he had doubts about the diagnosis. Neil thinks it sounds more like a sural nerve problem and wants me to do some slightly different exercises and start running again (every day).

A bit of walking and very slow jogging at the start, then jogged a few laps of Rosalie Park. Medial side of left heel a bit sore early on, where the tape was supposed to be pulling on it. That eased of after 8 or 9 minutes, then there was just a little pain underneath the heel, right at the back. Right foot was just as sore as the left by the end. Couldn't wait to get the tape off afterwards but it was a painful process, even worse than the run.
