Core engaged training. Again the instructor had no idea the timetable had changed so wasn't really prepared, and was a bit late. It used to be a personal training slot at this time and I was the only one there so not really any different. Ended up being fairly similar to a pump class with one set of 50 reps of lots of barbell exercises but he says that is unusual for his classes. Sore just about everywhere the next day.

The 6am classes I have been going to on Tuesday and Thursday have both been cancelled so I thought I would try to make the 7am pump class today but it turned out to be boxing instead. Apparently there has always been a boxing class at 7am on Wednesday and the instructor wasn't told about any changes and has no training in pump. Class seemed ok anyway, lots of squats, burpees etc between the boxing bits.
