Easy run in KP with Rachel just before lunch. Foot pretty sore for the first 10 or 15 minutes but pretty good after that.

Hilly and windy ride up to Scarborough and back. Came across two territorial magpies, one at the corner of Mongomery Ave and Stephenson Ave and one at the corner of St Brigids Tce and Lynton St.

Heel feeling a bit sore afterwards.
