Easy jog in KP (struggling to keep up) with my beautiful wife followed by a little gardening and breakfast of freshly baked croissants and berry smoothies in the spring sunshine. Why don't we do this every Sunday morning?

Steady 10 miler around the river and through KP. Gave myself a real good whack on the head when I failed to duck under a branch just above the peak of my hat as I ran along Park Ave.
