From Rotary Park out towards Ten Mile Brook Dam and back. Out on the Summer route and back on the Winter route. First 15min with Rachel then increased the pace a little. Legs felt a bit tired but I still couldn't resist upping the pace a bit more after completing the loop section to try to get the average pace down under 5min/km. Took a wrong turn on the way back and found myself crossing the river. Realised it was wrong pretty quickly but continued on hoping to find an alternative route until I ended up in a caravan park and decided to turn around adding about 700m. Got back and found Rachel had done exactly the same thing.

With Phil around the NE boundary to Ellen Brook Rd, down to the homestead and back past Meekadarabee. Phil was walking a lot of the uphills and running the downhills quite fast so I we weren't actually together very much but I looped back a few times so we stayed fairly close. Felt quite good by the end and pushed some of the hills a little harder.

Steady run around KP. Felt alright, can still feel the hamstring constantly but not too bad. Saw Theresa Howe up near the War Memorial, a bit surprised that I was able to recognise her running in a group from about 50m behind them.

Rosalie run but short finish stopping at the school. Planned to do the short loop with Rachel but she took off with Kate and got dragged onto the long loop so I had to do it as well. Legs felt tired and I dropped off the back of the chase group as soon as we hit the hills but eventually caught Rachel at the bottom of the steep hill.
Found myself at the front talking to Kate after the restart but I learnt from Rachel's mistake and quickly made some excuses before dropping to the back. Not sure my hamstring was quite ready for that run, definitely feeling it more now than I was yesterday.

Sand tracks run with Rachel, Helen, Dean and Priscilla. Felt good going up the hill early on but on the second loop at the top I thought my bung leg was getting a bit tired so I decided I'd better head back early.
