shoes: Nike Free 3.0 V5

Metro Series Trigg. Only did this because I hadn't done anything else all day and entered the long figuring I would drop to the medium if my foot started to hurt. Foot was fine, actually felt the best it had all day walking around after finishing.

A little test jog around Rosalie Park. A bit sore at times but generally got better as it went. Worst part was probably walking down to Rosalie.

Singles with Dion. Spent about an hour practising various shots and testing a bunch of racquets Dion had on trial then played one set. Nice to have a decent hit of singles for a change but still clearly need to do more.
