Planned a slightly longer and slower run but felt awful. Tired, stiff, sore and depressed. Started to feel the right knee at about 10 minutes and thought I should be stopping by 15 minutes.

Had a bit of a hit with Daniel while Liam was playing. A bit of doubles with Rachel and Helen, then with a couple of juniors, then a set of singles with Daniel. Got a bit tired and tried to end it quickly by serving aces and charging the net when returning. Ended it quickly but with me losing.

OPTC social tennis. All doubles. Took a while to adjust to grass court again after playing on the hard court on Sunday. Didn't notice the knee at all.

Test jog around Rosalie Park. Had a bit of tib-fib joint mobilisation last night which seems to have helped. Felt a little stiff at the back of the joint a few times after 5 minutes then started to feel it a bit at the front (top of tibialis anterior?) but never got sore.

Cracked 72kg on the morning weigh in for the first time ever I think.

Need to start doing something because I'm getting fat!
Easy ride down to Tawarri and back. Started to feel the right leg at about 12 minutes but didn't get much worse after that.
