Heart not good this morning but tried a run anyway. Bumped into my cardiologist at Saw Ave and about two minutes later my heart started playing up again. Jogged and walked home via the internal roads looking for Paul but didn't see him.

Cycle to La Galette for breakfast and then on to the Pelican Point playground. Amy struggled a bit with the return journey.

Steady run in KP. Calves a bit tight from Wednesday's fast finish but generally felt quite good once warmed up which took quite a while because it was freezing.

Rosalie run, long loop. Felt much better this morning but still struggled on the hills. Pushed it pretty hard for a while near the end to catch up to the leaders (Dan and Dwayne).

Intended to do some short intervals but I couldn't even get under 8min/km for the first couple of km of warm up so I extended the warm up a bit. Felt a bit better coming down the hill so I tried a couple of stride outs but I was starting to struggle by the end of 100m so I gave up.
