Long run at Malmalling. Started out with Steve but struggled to keep up so took some different routes and got to number 2 a minute or two ahead. Took it easy waiting for him to catch up but when he crossed my path a minute or two after leaving 4 I decided to just wait at the start of the more technical loop.

Got to 9 after 57:00 and waited for 15 minutes for Steve to arrive (for the second time) and then talked for another 7 minutes. Rolled my ankle a bit while standing around waiting. Followed Steve around the last loop in about 42 minutes with a lot more stops.

Feeling pretty good cruising around at long run pace but don't really feel comfortable trying to lift the pace or hold it up a hill.

Rehab loop. GPS seemed to think the rehab loop was 250m shorter this morning for some reason but I'm not going to accept that.
Had to go for a run so I had a reason to log my new record weight.

Don't think I'll run UWA today, not worth it the way my heart has been this week.
