Did 2x10 single leg calf raises, supposed to be doing 3x20. Poked around leg a bit, obviously needs massage but didn't get any. Sore walk/jogging from work to car.
Planning to have a week off before easing back into training. Must try to remember to still do all the stretching, massage and strengthening exercises so my calves/ankles get better. I want to be feeling a lot better next Easter than I did last week.
