Running 28:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Free 3.0 V4

Tired. Didn't want to get out of bed and still felt tired when I did eventually get out so cut it short and did some drills on Rosalie. In AFib before I started the drills, maybe I was the whole time but didn't feel it until I stopped to do drills.
Drills and strides felt good apart from the lack of oxygen.
AFib continued for about half an hour afterwards then vision went a bit patchy for half an hour when I rode to work.

Running 58:39 [3] 9.5 km (6:10 / km)
shoes: Puma Faas 300

Long run with Rachel in Glen Forrest but she wouldn't let me go all the way. Finding it a little hard to keep up in the first half, could have kept up but it would have required working a bit harder than I wanted to so I dropped back a bit on the hills. Calves feeling it a bit by the end, otherwise feeling better than the first half.
Heart had been good since about Wednesday but played up a bit in the afternoon.

Cycling 44:06 [3] 16.86 km (22.9 kph)

Thought I would go and find a small sunny hill and ride up and down it a few times but once I got out there that seemed a bit boring so I just rode around Dalkeith for a while instead.

Running 40:19 [3] 7.56 km (5:20 / km)
shoes: Puma Faas 300

Easy run in KP, extended slightly by running with Terry for a while when I bumped into him on his warm up for a hills session. Felt pretty good today, much more relaxed and flowing than my last few runs.

Sunday Jul 1, 2012 #

Running 18:34 [2] 3.16 km (5:53 / km)
shoes: Nike Free 3.0 V4

Out and back along the state forest boundary this time which was a lot flatter. Felt much more comfortable running on the flat from the start and I was really enjoying it by the end. Felt really easy and I would have liked to keep going but Rachel wouldn't let me.
