trail run 43:02 [3] 10.1 km (4:16 / km)

Same run as yesterday, but backwards. 1000' of climb. Nice dry air today. Should have gone longer to make the weekly quota, but races tomorrow.

Friday Jul 1, 2005 #

trail run 42:20 [3] 10.1 km (4:11 / km)

Morning run at Loch Raven. 2 turtles on the trail today (or one fast one and a shortcut I don't know about). One of them hissed at me.

Thursday Jun 30, 2005 #

road run 43:01 [3] 10.15 km (4:14 / km)

Another day out in the sauna that is Baltimore. Took it easy to avoid the dehydration fiasco of yesterday.

Wednesday Jun 29, 2005 #

road run 51:26 [3] 12.55 km (4:06 / km)

Roland Park. Went out too fast, then overheated and had to slow way down.

Tuesday Jun 28, 2005 #

cycling 1:20:00 [3] 25.65 mi (3:07 / mi)

Work commute. Rain coming home. Actually it was even better than that. I hang my sweaty clothes outside the office window during the day to dry out and so they don't stink up the place. Well today the first T-storm hit while I was in a meeting so everything got soaked. Waited out most of the second storm and then was forced out by impending sunset. Into the wet gear, onto the wet roads in the rain. No brakes, tires in sad shape, cable about to fail again, computer on the fritz, rain falling. Yeah, one of those days...

Monday Jun 27, 2005 #

trail run 29:51 [4] 7.0 km (4:16 / km)

Late evening loop at the Loch.

Sunday Jun 26, 2005 #

terrain run 5:00 [3] 1.0 km (5:00 / km)

Short warm-up to keep the skeeters off.

orienteering 1:40:25 [4] 15.0 km (6:42 / km)
20c

Nav-stock long. A better race...was moving at least. Still too many dumb errors, even when the information was there in my head to avoid them - just didn't use it.
