New map from Leigh Privett. A really nice area with less of the thick green from Kangaroo Crossing. It felt quite similar to some of the Barrambogie map.

A good run with no significant time loss. Just a small hesitation coming into 6. I tried to keep map contact and I was able to read most of the bigger features to keep me on track.

Happy with podium place in a State Championship with some good interstate competition. First of the Victorians (with Aston, Pat and Brodie all missing).

Clean run. No mistakes.
Quite steep in parts, and old style mapping of contours from 1991 Vic Champs (which I ran in M17A).
1:10,000 helped, although this is the type of area where I could cope with 1:15,000 without too much trouble.

I am glad that next weekend is 1:10,000 though.
