Surprisingly decent one as have felt a bit spangled from work the last few days. Nice bit of shoe doping got me through with some zesty splits. Did this session a week before running 14:37, hit quicker splits this time but weather was grim back then and wasn’t shoe doping. Still encouraging signs.
