5x3’ run/1’ walk

With Roanne round the playing fields. Felt marginally less unfit compared to the other runs. Sacrum area was a tiny bit tight which worries me but didn’t get any tighter throughout the run. Will monitor. Off to the states tomorrow, will hopefully be able to get some good solid base training going after a long period of getting fat.

Round marshfield airfield with Roanne. Very muddy in places. Ngl felt like hard work at points but body feeling the best it has done. Nothing from the sacrum, just some more general tightness.

20mins of 2’ run/1’ walk round the meadows. Best feels so far from the sacrum, pretty much nothing. Felt stupidly unfit.

Another jog/walk. This time did a couple of 2min stints at the end. Fred escorted me back to his place for the last 5mins which was a real treat. Think this felt better than the last one. Very hard to distinguish if the feelings are from sacrum or just hip/flute/groin area. Will keep moving forward at this slow rate.
