Round the inside of the track whilst the boys did their session. Still some slightly worrying feelings from the sacrum area but not even remotely painful or uncomfortable. Keeping it at this until I feel confident pressing on. Rounding out the year.

On the grass playing fields again. Nothing major to report, HR still very high for what this is. A couple of very small feelings from the sacrum area that got me scared. Nothing bad though but will have to monitor. Probably just general tightness and me being hyper aware. Right hip/groin definitely tighter compared to left but probably due to being on crutches for 5 weeks. Next one of these on Friday, then 2 days off over the weekend.

Didn’t think I was going to get out today as stupidly windy thismorning and shit falling off trees. Wind died down a bit though so made it out. Just a steady mooch round the lanes. Keeping the x-training chill for the first couple of weeks back.

Back in bloody business. First run in 2.5 months. Felt so good to be out. Body felt surprisingly ok on the running parts. Nothing from sacrum, general tightness in most places but overall encouraging. Heart rate was 154 including the walks, lol.
