Yesterday I felt fairly under the weather. Woke up quite bunged up but thought I’d still give the session a crack. Just got through it, didn’t feel great but just sat with the boys. Lead out 2 of the km reps then just chilled at the back of the train. Put the dragonflys on for the last set, felt spicy. Had some fairly bad stomach cramps on the last set, probs something to do with illness, so skipped strides at the end. Happy to tick this off, hopefully I can shake this cold by Friday.
