Morton SLR pre-brekkie with the boys. Felt quite good, groin about a 2/10 for the whole thing. Little pick up towards the end, good job. Decent week, groin hasn’t got any worse.

Did a couple of hours of Uber eats. Decided to pull out of Monument mile and stick to one session a week for a bit.

Easy hour round the meadows with the boys. Felt alright in general, groin pinging the whole time but never more than a 3/10.

Tempo Sesh: 2x8'/2' float, 2x4'/1' float.

Started too hard chasing Andy, Max and Fred, decided to sit up after the first 8 as was already feeling a pop coming. Joined the next group for the rest of the session which was quickly whittle down to just Dougie and Joe. Just ground out the rest with these two fellas. Didn't feel amazing but probably just the damage from the first rep. Some decent enough work banked anyway. Groin starting to ping towards the end.
