Been wanting to do this for a while but finally got round to it. Did it on Odd Down crit racing circuit, a completely flat 1.5km long cycle racing loop. Pretty ideal for a TT. Little bit windy but conditions overall weren’t too bad. Paced it well, middle km was the slowest (3:04) although had the most headwind. Pushed all the way gave it my all and just fell short of my A goal of sub 15. Still very very happy with this! Felt like I emptied the tank so satisfied. Sadly not an official PB as done off GPS but big loop so likely to be not too far off.
Feel like core has been doing bits for the running form. Still look like a chicken when I run but I now feel like a more stable chicken.
