Feeling a bit better today but might as well commit to fully seeing this illness out of my body. Tuesday will probably be first run back and if I’m feeling pretty much 100% then I’ll just crack on with the session.

Had this cold for 4 weeks now, feeling especially grim today. Need to get it shifted so will probably rest tomorrow aswell and take it easy until next Tuesday.

Steady blackford and hermitage with Dan. Intended to be a bit more easy but had to rush back for work. Nice little outing although felt pretty bunged up.

Very standard seat run with a nice little group. Feeling unbelievably average. Threw in a steady MFD to make up for my terrible session yesterday (didn't really make up for it). Calf still really tight but think I'll just keep training with it.

KF Session: 2x7min (90s):

Dropped out half way just feeling terrible for the whole thing. Guessed this would happen earlier today just feeling really low on energy. Haven't dropped out of a full KF session since first year which is really sad now that I've broken that streak. Probably the best thing for my body especially as my left calf was pinging pretty hard. Will do another 2x7min this Thursday so that the effort is there for the week. Not ideal but far from a disaster.
