Dropped out half way just feeling terrible for the whole thing. Guessed this would happen earlier today just feeling really low on energy. Haven't dropped out of a full KF session since first year which is really sad now that I've broken that streak. Probably the best thing for my body especially as my left calf was pinging pretty hard. Will do another 2x7min this Thursday so that the effort is there for the week. Not ideal but far from a disaster.
