Skyline.

Well that couldn't really have gone much worse. Not really sure what went wrong but felt like shit for the first half and was nearly 2mins down on my time last year at half way and already felt like I wanted to finish. Hard to explain the feels just nothing in the legs. Thought I could rally along the drove road. Nope. Just lost the race mentality at this point. Sat down. Waited for Todge, got dropped by Todge. Sat down agin. Walked a bit jogged a bit. Made sure I finished so not feeling too bad about it now. Much better than if I DNF'd. Bit of a shame but a knock to the ego that I definitely deserved.

Left shin pinging all of yesterday. Think that was a cheese induced injury tbh so will just roll the f*ck out of it. Taking at least 2 days off before skyline. Not sure how bad the shin is, might be absolutely fine to run on. Guess I’ll just wait and see.

Taking Ro’s proper Mortonhall virginity. Really nice chill pace made it a very enjoyable experience. Feeling a bit heavy but perked up near the end. Good stuff!

Pretty happy considering I've still got a cold. The pack left me dangling out front for the first rep. After this Boyan kindly joined me at the front. We worked really well off each other then I got absolutely binned by Dan on the last minute or so of the last rep. Solid stuff for a windy night.
