Damp hungover BBM SLR with a big pack of lads. Getting dropped early on but managed to pull it back near the end. Just happy I didn't have a heart attack tbh. Lovely to be back on the lavely Mortonhall trails.

Decided just to bite the bullet and get this done today despite still feeling pretty ill thismorning. "Tempo" felt like hard work but managed to find myself in a nice second pack with Alex, Dan and Max. Felt better for most of the ones again in a second pack with Dan and Cam. Overall not feeling my best but really happy to just get this one ticked off.

2 hour seat job with the EUOC boys. With a big pack of lads for the first 80mins and then with Tom, Dan and Tam for the last 40. Felt really solid on the climbs.

Really good session. Started at a nice compfortable pace then slowly working it up (and I'm not talking just about the pace hehe). Running with Finn and Dan which was nice. Did get a bit raging at dan for cutting corners at random with no warning (ashamed to let it get to my head). But we kissed and made up x
