SOL - Black Started steady, felt ok up the hill to #5. Binned about 45s at #7 then stupidly didn’t see the flag at #8 which meant I lost 3mins and allowed Nixon to catch me. Ran behind Nixon up to around #12. Gap slowly increased to about 200m so I had to start map reading again around then (I know Nixon dropped me lol). Was fine on the nav apart from a couple of 30s slips for the rest but just haven’t shaken the illness. Chest was very tight and generally lacked energy.
Better, woke up and glands weren’t nearly as painful as before. Still feeling bunged up. Think I’ll leave running another day but might possibly go for a very light jog later. Definitely heading in the right direction now.

Felt alright today, glands weren't really playing up and I'd been sitting in a lab for 3 hours. So basically I couldn't wait any longer. Not sure if this is a bad decision but guess I'll find out soon. Actually felt ok, went down the bogs and round killing fields. Didn't push the pace so wasn't really struggling at all. Nice wintery feel which was nice.
Woke up feeling like someone as set off a fire cracker in my throat glands. Pretty fooked, getting to uni will be hard enough today let alone running :(
