Finally managed to get up for a run. This field trip is surprisingly tiring all I really want to do in the small amount of free time I’ve got is sleep.

45 round some trails
Finally managed to find time for a run after 3 days of nothing. Field trip takes up most of the day and so hard to find time for it. Pretty tired after spending most of the day walking around looking at rocks, so felt very Grindy. Only started feeling compfy in the last couple of k’s. Don’t know when I’ll next be able to go for a run.
