Knew I was most likely not going to finish before I started. Probably shouldn't have started was already in a fair amount of pain on my warm up. Started, felt pretty bad from the off, struggled to 100% focus on the map and had to work really hard physically. Despite this managed to get to around half way relatively mistake free. Exit direction out of #10 was absolutely terrible so just walked to #11 then called it a day. Was around 30s off the top pace at halfway which wasn't too bad, but probably good I stopped when I did. Hopefully I'll be in some better shape for upcoming selection races.
