So I set off in my road bike in the heavy rain. About 1km in got a massive puncture. A normal person would have called their dad to come and pick them up. But no I ain't a quitter. So I RAN 1km with my bike back home, jumped on my dad's mountain bike and set off again. Really pushed managed average speed of 25kmh on a hilly route on a crap mountain bike......

Missed parkrun thismorning had too much revision to do. Did this instead at roughly same effort as parkrun. All on road up and down undulating. Started a bit quick 3:14 3:33 3:34 3:44 3:43 km splits so happy considering I did it all alone. Thought I would have lost speed in the last 2 weeks due to lack of speedboat, really happy it appears I've lost no speed....

Bored, exam stress, nothing to do, so I thought why not try out some new trails. Spotted thieve been doing work in woodland near school, thieve put in some really nice technical trails winding through the trees. Actually had a blast, was really good fun, didn't even care that it was tipping it down, Great Fun.......

Everything seems to hurt, been sitting on my ass for 2 days, have barely walked for 2 days so joints are very stiff and muscles needed a bit of a reminder of how to work. Did this to just get things moving again after a hard weekend........
