w/ Max out on the trail. Pretty decent one, nice to be sessioning with someone again. Slept on the floor of my empty apartment last night and got probably an hour of sleep at most, probably not going to sleep tonight as flying back to UK so will just see what training my body wants to do for the remainder of the week. This was good though, shape is decent.
