Ankle felt good last night and this morning so figured I'd try running and if it was sore just stop. Was fine didn't feel it at all so ended up being a very enjoyable run round the whinlatter tracks

Managed, 1,2,1/2 laps [1 min] before the outside of my left ankle got very painful. Tried to jog a bit more but was still quite sore. Bit weird as i took my shoes off just to see and it didn't hurt to walk or jog. Hopefully just bruised but can't exactly run very far without shoes so...
