2* Sprintervals round the hospital with LucĂ­a. Was mainly just running on my own but was good as meant I looked at routechoices for each leg more without rushing. Also got confused with the fencing round 11 so slowed to try see if I could get to the control. Felt fine, a little coldy but not too bad.
