Probably should have done the blue but oh well..

Navigation was alright with only a couple of errors near the control circle and took some pretty dodgy routechoices which meant I was walking through horrible green areas. Wasn't going particularly fast at any other point either as was feeling a bit tired. Apart from that it was alright though.

Was feeling nice and strong although hip was hurting a bit on some of the uphill near the end which meant i backed off a bit so will need to just watch that and make sure it doesnt get any worse.
