Orienteering (SLMM, Harter Fell Class) 3:05:00 [4] 12.8 km (14:27 / km) +825m 10:56 / km

Injuries werent feeling too sore, just achy so decided to carry on and complete the second day and just see how my hip felt. Could feel it a bit but wasnt sore enough to stop me continuing however was sorer when we finished so gave it a good stretch out

Orienteering long (SLMM, Harter Fell Class) 3:58:00 [4] 16.0 km (14:53 / km) +1080m 11:07 / km

Wasnt sure how my body was going to feel as i had a couple of injuries going into the race but thought i should give it a go and can then always just drop out. Everything felt fine just achy so was better than expected.

Note

Taking it more easy the next few weeks up until the summer camps, adding in some more cross training and focussing more on stretching the quads to help my hip settle down so that i can go into the camps nice a fresh
