Orienteering at Tarn Hows. Was focussing on the compass bearings on short legs and then route choice on the long legs. Was good and navigation was pretty solid. enjoyed it although was feeling a bit tired.

Mass start, score, night orienteering at setmurphy. Was trying to focus on not getting distracted and doing my own route choice, which worked for some but i should have stuck with the route i originally planned to do before i started but didn't which was stupid. Navigation was a bit off as it was quite hard to see what was what in the dark in a thick forest. Ran past 1 and went in too early off the path for another 2 but it was a good run out.

45 minute score course on Binsey with a twist to try and increase your score. Got the maximum points which was good. Navigation was easy although i could have chosen a better route round the course i think although i was only 150 m over the optimum route. Was good.

Run from maryport along the cycle path for 5km and then back. Was really easy on the first half beacuse the wind was behind but then was slowed by the wind on the way back
